3D acrylic letters & push-through signage

3D dimensional letters and push-through signage components for signwriters and sign builders. Laser-cut acrylic faces, routed foam-PVC or ACM backers, kitted to your spec — ready for assembly and install.

What we cut

Built-up dimensional letters and push-through panel sets are two of the most common cuts in trade signage. We supply the components; you build and install.

  • Built-up letters — acrylic face + foam-PVC backer + spacers
  • Push-through faces — flush-fit acrylic letters into routed panels
  • Routed pocket panels for push-through builds
  • Halo-lit letter sets — face + back returns
  • Spacers and standoffs cut to spec

How the job runs

Provide a layered file — face artwork, backer geometry and pocket positions. We confirm materials and thicknesses, then quote each component. Files cut as a kit — packed together for easy assembly at your end.

Build notes for installers

Push-through and built-up jobs reward precise specs. Flag any of these on your quote so the kit lands ready to assemble.

  • Face-to-pocket clearance — typically 0.2–0.5 mm for flush-fit
  • Backer thickness drives letter depth — 10 to 19 mm common
  • For halo-lit builds, mark return wall thickness and depth
  • Mounting positions and bolt holes cut in the same pass if needed

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What's the difference between push-through and built-up letters?
Push-through letters sit flush in pockets routed into a panel — the face is level with the panel surface. Built-up letters stand proud of the backer, often spaced off with standoffs for a shadow effect.
Can you cut faces and backers as one kit?
Yes — that's the standard build. Send the layered file or separate files clearly labelled; we cut, kit and pack together.
Do you do the install or assembly?
No — we cut the components. Assembly, mounting and install are the sign builder's scope. We can flag any spec issues that would affect assembly before cutting.
