Custom acrylic letters for trade signwriters and sign installers — any font, any size, cut to your file. Laser-cut for fine detail and the flame-polished edge, or CNC routed for thicker stock and machined-edge finishes.

What we cut

Dimensional letters in the AU acrylic stock range — clear, white, black, coloured, opal, frosted and mirror. Sized to your file, ready to mount.

How the job runs

Send DXF, AI or PDF with letter shapes outlined (no live fonts). Tell us the material, thickness and quantity. We confirm stock and process — laser or router — against your spec, quote, and cut next.

File and finish notes

Letters are sized and spaced exactly to your file. Keep these in mind when prepping.

  • Convert all type to outlines / curves — no live fonts
  • Internal counters (the holes in letters like A, O, B) cut separately
  • For built-up letters, send face and backer files separately or layer them
  • Minimum stroke width depends on stock thickness — flag if uncertain

Can you cut any font?
Yes — once the type is converted to outlines or curves in the file. Live fonts don't transfer; the letter shapes need to be vector paths.
Do you supply painted or finished letters?
We cut. Painting, vinyl, install and finishing are the signwriter's or installer's scope. Coloured acrylic stock is supplied if your brand colour matches an AU-stocked sheet.
What's the smallest letter you can cut?
Depends on stock thickness and stroke width. Practical minimum is around 20 mm tall for clean detail on 3 mm acrylic — smaller is possible on review.
