1. Who you're dealing with
These terms apply to all quotes, orders, and work supplied by CutPro Pty Ltd (ABN 77 663 814 195, ACN 663 814 195), trading as CutPro from Helensvale, QLD 4212. Submitting a quote request, accepting a quote, or instructing us to begin work means you accept these terms.
2. Quotes
Every quote is either reviewed by an operator or generated only where supported by approved pricing rules. Complex, unclear, unsafe, or unsupported jobs are routed to manual review and may take longer to come back.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue unless we state otherwise in writing. Pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Material costs and lead times can change with supplier conditions — if a quote lapses, ask us to refresh it before you commit.
3. Files you upload
You warrant that you own the files you send us, or have permission to use them, and that cutting them does not infringe anyone else's rights. We don't check intellectual property — that's on you.
Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (Asia-Pacific region) and retained for up to 90 days after a job closes, then auto-deleted. We never share your files with third parties outside the supply chain needed to complete your job.
Accepted formats: DXF, AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, DWG. Up to 20 files, 50 MB each. Anything else, talk to us first.
4. Approval before production
We don't cut anything until you've approved the quote in writing (email reply, payment, or signed PO). Any changes after approval — material, dimensions, finishing, file revisions — may attract a revised quote and a new lead time.
5. Lead times
Lead times quoted alongside pricing are our best estimate based on current workshop load and supplier availability. We give you a firm date with the quote and we don't commit to a date we can't hit. If something on our side slips, we tell you the moment we know.
6. Tolerances and finish
We work to the standard production tolerances appropriate to the material and process. If your job needs tighter tolerances, specify them on the quote — we'll confirm what's realistic before we cut. Variations within the agreed tolerance are not defects.
7. Customer-supplied material
You can supply your own material. Confirm grade, thickness, and condition with us before delivery. Material we determine isn't suitable for your job — warped, contaminated, mis-spec'd, or damaged — will be flagged for collection. You're responsible for removing any material we can't cut.
8. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations before material is cut: any deposit paid is refundable less a reasonable allowance for setup time and any committed third-party costs (e.g. custom material orders).
Cancellations after cutting has begun: the work-in-progress is payable in full at the quoted rate.
9. Payment
Payment terms are set out in our Payment policy. Default is payment in full before pickup unless trade account terms have been agreed in writing.
10. Pickup and delivery
Pickup and release terms are set out in our Pickup & release policy. Pickup from Helensvale is by appointment; delivery is available by arrangement.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any one job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial loss (loss of profit, downtime, third-party penalties) arising from delays, defects, or failure to perform.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
12. Things outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, equipment failure, power outages, natural disasters, or industrial action. We'll tell you as soon as we know and work out a revised plan with you.
13. Privacy
How we handle the personal information you share with us is set out in our Privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute we can't sort out by talking is dealt with in the courts of Queensland.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your job is the one in force at the date of your quote. Material changes will be flagged on this page and dated above.
