Not Supported
Materials CutPro doesn't cut.
Solid metals
No steel, stainless, or aluminium plate. ACM is fine — different material.
PVC and vinyl
Never laser cut. PVC-based materials release toxic fumes when burned.
Unknown or unsafe materials
Every job is checked before cutting. Dirty, warped, or unidentified stock isn't run.
Sending your design.
DXF is best. AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, and DWG all work. JPG and PNG need to be converted before cutting — adds time and cost.
