Polycarbonate, plywood, timber and specialty plastics are reviewed before quoting — the quote path on each material page tells you which way it goes.
Not Supported
Materials CutPro doesn't cut.
Solid metals
No steel, stainless, or aluminium plate. ACM is fine — different material.
PVC and vinyl
Never laser cut. PVC-based materials release toxic fumes when burned.
Unknown or unsafe materials
Customer-supplied material is checked before cutting. Dirty, warped, or unidentified sheets are returned.
Bringing Your Own
Got your own material?
CutPro accepts customer-supplied material on review. Send a photo and details with your quote request — material identity, thickness, sheet size, and condition. Material that's clearly identified, flat, clean, and within machine specs is usually fine. Material that's unidentified, damaged, or outside spec is returned without cutting.
Sending your design.
DXF is best. AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, and DWG all work. JPG and PNG need to be converted before cutting — adds time and cost.
