What we do.

We cut acrylic, ACM, MDF, plywood, foam-PVC, polycarbonate, and timber for signwriters, builders, shopfitters, and commercial fitters across the Gold Coast. Trade-grade tolerance. Files reviewed before they hit the machine.

Two CNC routers and two laser cutters share the floor. We pick the right machine for the job — most signage runs go to the laser, panel runs to the CNC, longer stock to the Multicam. Repeat orders welcome.

Pickups are by appointment from the Helensvale workshop. Local Gold Coast delivery available on larger jobs.

    Trade-grade tolerance on every job. We work to the spec on the file, and we tell you when something needs to give.

    Standing jobs and weekly POs are how most of the shop runs. Same files, same prices, same turnaround.

    We tell you what is wrong with a DXF before it costs you machine time. Open contours, font swaps, scale errors — flagged before we cut.

    Fast turnaround

    Quotes back, usually within 1 business day. Most jobs cut same-day or next-day. Builds stay on schedule.

    Best for: long stock, oversized signs, fitout components.

  • Thunder Laser Nova 51

    Bed 1300 × 900 mm · 130 W · full 2440 mm sheet via pass-through (20 mm max height)

    Best for: thin acrylic letters, delicate cuts, intricate detail.

  • Production Laser

    Bed 1220 × 2440 mm

    Best for: production runs across larger sheet stock.
