When this is the right fit

When to apply — and when to skip it.

When to use

  • Signwriters running weekly jobs with steady DXF flow
  • Shopfitters and joinery shops with regular ACM and timber panel work
  • Display and exhibition fabricators with repeat jobs across event seasons
  • Architectural and interior contractors with specified components going onto site
  • Trade buyers looking for a working relationship, not a published rate

When not to use

  • One-off and walk-in customers — the standard quote workflow is faster
  • First-time customers without a track record yet — start with a standard job
  • Buyers price-shopping by published trade rate (we don't surface one)

A note on trade pricing

We run a trade program for shops that work with us regularly. Specifics — terms, volume arrangements, lead-time priority — are agreed directly with Aaron when an account is set up. No public rate sheets, tier badges, or % discount surfaces — by design. If you're price-shopping by published trade rate, this isn't the right fit.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

How does pricing work on a trade account?
Trade arrangements are agreed directly with Aaron when the account is set up — based on the mix of work, the volume, and the payment terms that suit your shop. There's no public rate sheet, no tier badge, no published %. Specifics are worked out in conversation, not on a price page.
What information do you need to apply?
Your business name, ABN, typical work (materials, processes, monthly job volume), contact details, and any payment terms you're looking for. The application form above covers it.
How long does account approval take?
Aaron reviews trade applications personally and replies by email, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm AEST. For straightforward fits the account is set up quickly; for larger arrangements there's a short call to confirm the structure.
Do you offer credit terms?
Account terms — including payment terms — are agreed directly with Aaron at account setup, based on the work and the relationship over time. Initial work typically runs on standard payment terms (deposit + balance via Stripe payment link).
What about saved files and repeat orders?
Approved files from your jobs are saved in your trade-account library indefinitely (subject to terms). Sign in to your account to see saved parts and reorder in a couple of clicks — set the quantity and lead time and we quote against the file without you re-sending anything. A phone call works just as well if you'd rather not log in.
