Aluminium composite panel — lightweight, rigid sheets for shopfront signs, fascias and architectural cladding. We CNC rout ACM. We never laser cut it: the aluminium skin reflects laser energy and the polyethylene core plus surface coatings release toxic fumes when burned. Routing gives a clean edge with no thermal damage. V-groove on request for clean folds. Not the same as solid aluminium, which we don't cut.

- Do you laser cut ACM?
- No. We CNC rout ACM and never laser cut it — the aluminium skin reflects laser energy and the polyethylene core and surface coatings release toxic fumes when burned. Routing gives a clean, square edge with no thermal damage.
- Can you V-groove ACM for folding?
- Yes — V-groove on request for clean folds on fascias and trays. Flag it in your quote request and we’ll groove to your fold lines.
- What ACM thickness do you cut, and is it the same as aluminium?
- We rout 3–6 mm sign-grade panels. ACM (aluminium composite panel) isn’t the same as solid aluminium, which we don’t cut.
