Foam PVC.
The signage substrate. Lightweight, paintable, weather-stable.
Closed-cell foam PVC is the workhorse signage substrate — lightweight for fast install, dimensionally stable in heat and rain, and a paintable, vinyl-ready surface straight off the cut. We route foam PVC for sign panels, lightweight 3D lettering, real estate boards, exhibition stands and pylons. CNC routed only — never laser cut, because PVC releases toxic chlorine compounds when burned. Common stock thicknesses 3 to 19 mm.
