Large-format CNC routing — beds to 3000 mm

Full-sheet CNC routing for jobs that don't fit a 2440 × 1220 mm bed. The Multicam SR3012V handles panels up to 3000 × 1220 mm — long fascias, oversize panels and multi-store rollouts cut from a single sheet without splice joins.

What we cut

Large-format jobs are typically signage and fitout work where the finished panel needs to be one continuous piece. The 3 m bed avoids the splice join that smaller beds force.

How the job runs

Send the full-sheet DXF or AI with cut and fold lines. We confirm panel material (ACM, MDF, acrylic, foam-PVC), stock sheet size and quantity. Sheet sourcing for non-standard sizes is confirmed before quoting — Australian stock is plentiful in standard sizes, less so for oversize.

The 3 m bed unlocks specific job types that aren't viable on smaller machines.

Can you cut panels larger than 3000 × 1220 mm?
3 m × 1.2 m is the bed maximum. Larger panels are split across two cuts and rejoined on site, or sized down to fit. Flag the finished panel size on your quote and we'll confirm the best approach.
Are oversize sheets in stock?
Standard 2440 × 1220 mm stock is always available across the common materials. Oversize stock (3 m sheets) is confirmed per job — material and finish drive lead time on non-standard sizes.
Does the large bed cut everything we do?
No — the Multicam handles full sheets, the Avid (2440 × 1220 mm) handles standard work, and the two lasers cover material-specific and detail work. We match the machine to the job, not the other way around.
