Cabinet jigs & CNC-cut templates

Production jigs and cutting templates for cabinetmakers, builders and shopfitters. MDF for one-off and prototype templates, plywood for higher-wear jigs, acrylic for clear-window template work. Files saved — reorder by job reference any time.

What we cut

Templates and jigs that need consistent edges and repeatable positioning. The router holds geometry tight across batches, which is exactly what cabinetmakers and on-site builders rely on.

  • Hinge and hardware drill templates
  • Cabinet face and door templates
  • Repeat-cut profile templates for site work
  • Hole-position jigs for assembly lines
  • One-off prototype templates for new builds
  • Clear-acrylic windowed templates for line-of-sight work

How the job runs

Send the DXF or AI file with template geometry and any drill positions. We confirm material (MDF / plywood / acrylic), thickness, and quantity, then quote. Files are saved against your job reference — same cut on every reorder.

Notes for repeat work

Templates wear, jigs break, and one-offs become repeat orders. Plan for it on the first cut.

  • MDF: best for one-off and prototype templates
  • Plywood: longer service life for repeat-use jigs
  • Acrylic: clear or coloured for sightline / alignment work
  • Saved-file reorders — same geometry, no re-quoting on geometry

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Which material is best for a long-service jig?
Plywood holds up well to repeat clamping and tool contact. Marine-grade plywood for outdoor or wet-area work; standard structural plywood for workshop jigs. MDF wears faster but cuts cleaner for prototypes.
Can you save files for reorders?
Yes — every job is saved against its reference number. Reorder by quoting that reference and we run the same file against the same tooling.
Do you cut clear-window templates for line-of-sight work?
Yes — clear acrylic templates let you see what's underneath. Common for site marking and trim work. Flag clear or frosted stock on the quote.
