Most CutPro customers pick up from Helensvale by appointment — quickest and cheapest. For bulky jobs, time-pressed installs and trade orders going straight to site, delivery is the alternative. Delivery cost depends on a handful of things: volume (how many parts and how big), panel size (do they fit a sedan, a ute, or do they need a truck), distance to drop, access at the destination (street parking, loading dock, multi-storey), and timing (standard route vs urgent direct run). We quote against the actual job rather than a flat rate — it usually works out fairer for both sides than a published table would.
For trade customers on regular jobs, we work out a delivery routine. If you're a sign shop in Surfers Paradise getting weekly cuts, a fixed weekly drop slot makes more sense than quoting each delivery separately. Same for shop-fit teams with project-based runs.
